An exhibition ‘For Art’s Sake’ is a group show that explores stories in art and celebrates the creative process. Artists share stories about their artwork, why they create and what inspires them.

Field Notes (Cyclades, Greece)
Framed study
H.80cm x W.61cm x D.3cm

A personal narration of Cycladic islands I’ve walked. Each study is textured and layered, much like the landscapes themselves. With each study, I return to moments shaped by place and experience.

The postcard features a unique stamp I designed to document those moments. Here, I write from my hike on Sifnos.

“The trail was rugged and wild. Gnarled juniper trees leaned from years of wind, and the air carried scent of wild sage and thyme growing along the path. Now and then, I stopped to gently rub the soft leaves of sage between my fingers, releasing their earthy fragrance into the air”.
